A delivery boy named rahul Bose misbehaving with us we have retail outlet at lakegardens west Bengal, kolkata named abol tabol.
This is the second time we are facing this problem . We have a relationship with itc product for last 3 years we are selling ... this is not the we should be treated by that delivery boy ... look into this matter otherwise will take this matter to higher authority.

Due to lockdown in our area Bulandshahar (UP) the distribution of ciggrates is they are not giving me ciggrates for selling I m retailer they r taking overpriced pls help me to contact

My name is shekar from makthal509208 .the distributor was not taking order and not suppling goods only he do sales of cigrate to other states near by him to earn high margins.but not suppling properly goods in local market, he is saying some itc local officials in my hand, so nobody take action on me.please take action on him

I am a regular smoker, but from few days I am observing difference in the taste of the cigarette and the look of the cigarette and packing of the cigarette, I am from Andhra Pradesh Kadapa district, Kadapa Town

I think some gangs are duplicating this brand Gold Flake kings and some more ITC brands

I think there are some ITC employees and distributor's involved in this, hope the security team will find the culprits

My order number is 46944, dated[protected], 5 pm.
I was supposed to get delivery on[protected] by 9 am to 3 pm.
Whenever I complained on [protected] or mail to customer care I get only one silly reply that, I will get my delivery within next 24 hours, but infact 7 days have crossed in this world's calender but the 24 hours have not crossed in the watch and calander of ITC estore, and still waiting for my order.
Today I am unable to contact customer care on [protected].
This type to acts are not expected by ITC.
Is ITC estores cheating people ?

Dear Sir/Ma’am

I reside in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
Due to the events that have occurred until now, I am concerned that your online ITC Store team will not deliver the order and my amount will not be refunded to me. Hence I write.

I had placed 2 orders via your online ITC Store on 30 Apr 2021, the details of which are below:
Order #48265 for Rs.1, 352.80 and order #48483 for Rs.1, 584.00.

Both of these orders were scheduled to be delivered by 02 May 2021. However, they were not.

When I enquired, there was a communication to this effect via your WhatsApp number, saying that the delivery was delayed due to operational reasons. I was also informed by the technobubble support team that I need to wait for 24-48 hours (I assumed calendar) for the delivery. I was fine with this.

Yesterday (02 May), I received emails for each of the orders, stating that the orders were being processed. On your online ITC Store website, I noticed that the "Fulfilment Status" for both the orders went from "Allocated" to "Fulfilled" to "Packed". I was really eagerly waiting for the delivery this morning.

However, this morning, the "Fulfilment Status" is "Unfulfilled".
1. What does the reverting of the Fulfilment status to "Unfulfilled" mean? - Does this mean that the items that I have ordered are no longer available? If yes, will you be returning the amount that I paid for this order?
2. There is no tracking system for me to see how the order is progressing. How will I receive communication on this issue?
3. I have not received responses from your support team in spite of writing several emails to them.
4. No one is responding to your Customer Service number - so how do I contact you?
5. What is your escalation path if I do not receive my delivery?
6. Who do I complain to, for this harrowing experience? Especially when I am 54 years old and my husband is a Senior Citizen and we believed that ITC will deliver in 1 day, to our doorstep, as promised on your website? Especially during these covid times?

Kindly let me know what to do?

Not good quality and dimag packed

I have purchased the product from a local grocery store few days back. When today I opened the packet and poured into a glass what I found was a dead insect in it. See now such a big MNC and what we find inside their packet is a dead insect?
What would happened if I had drank that!! A fast reply is expected

The agencies is not supplying any products to the regular retailers in there area, there is always a lot of shortage of itc products in bhadrak charampa area, by which you're name of the brand is going down and down

Sir, we have a small PAN(general) shop. As we sell many items including cigarettes, so I went to ITC dealer in Ravulapalem to purchase cigarettes in a bulk. When I asked them they said their Agent will come tomorrow.
Again next day I went to dealer still agent didn't came. So I bought some cigarettes in black market.
So here issue is ITC dealers saying agent will come in next day like that. And also no response from them. In this case I have to purchase outside with extra money.
Later, Actually we came to know that those ITC dealers only selling in black market with coordination of one person. The person name is SEETHA REDDY Ravulapalem.
Today also I went again to ITC dealer, again he saying agent will come next day...
My question is do we have access to purchase from dealers or not.
I[censored] guys can give us access to purchase cigarettes from Ur dealers means why we are not getting good response from them.

i have not received any item. Although the email has been sent that the items have been delivered. Moreover i cancelled my order vide no 372245.
There appears be some fraud going on in this organization. My money is to be refunded immediately.

Although he has stocked the products.

At this moment products are short at market and artificial crisis has been made..

I urge you to take strong action in this regard otherwise we have been compelled to sell others company products...

We, RAVI KIRANAM AND GENERAL STORES of BAYYARAM, MAHABUBABAD DISTRICT COMES UNDER YELLANDU AGENCY.We are here to inform you about the unethical behaviour of your distrubutor towards the customer. Even though he has stock of Ashirvad salt he stopped disturbing them and when we ask he started telling all stories which are not at all convincing and he starts clouding up all the things and making a false impression towards the company and damaging the reputation of your company.
It would be very greatly appreciated if you take actions against such individuals and such agencies.

My shop is located in Velankanni from Nagapattinam district. Here the agent from ITC cigarettes not accepting 10 rupees coins. And he says company only not accept. Indian government only giving the 10 rupees coins. Then why don't you not accept the 10 rupees coins.And the agent not behaving properly.He behaved always Aggressively. He does not gave Cigarettes prooerly to the small shops. He gave only big shops.please take necessary action to him.

I am from nagapattinam my area velankanni. Here the itc agent from cigarettes not accepting the 10 rupees coins. And spoke agerivesly towards me.

Sir we are going to start a new super market and we need your product but the suppliers are not willing to supply the product to our area because there limited area is 2km please remind them to call us

I was consuming Sunfeast Farmlite Digestive biscuits produced by ITC that has low GI and does not contain maida and sugar.

This was a good healthy option for me.
After a while I found that no shop was stocking this product.
I raised a concern with ITC and they said that they will fix the supply issue.

After a while I was contacted by a company person who clarified that there's a major issue with this product in terms of expiry date. All supplies are coming which are too close to the expiry date and hence it's delivery thru distributor and retail channel is stopped by the supply chain.
This is a bad news. Company could not manage the supply chain effectively and now no one is ready to stock it due to this expiry date issue.
I request ITC to fix the issue and resume production and correct supply-chain.

Cigarettes Gold flake are stamped as Rs48/- per pack and RS 60/- on same date and month. Is it spurious? How RS. 48/- can be sold in March when January pack is RS 60/-.

I purchase sealed pack of 5 kg Ashirwad whole wheat atta just a day before i.e. 05.04.2021 and opened on 06.04.2021. Just after opening the pack, shocked to see the a lot of Insects and worms in in the pack. trying to find customer care no. but did not get. Shopkeeper also refused to take back the packet. it is very bad

In have purchased Ashirwad ATTA it is of very poor quality, bitter taste of chapati, I am using it from 2 days and taste is really bitter, I brought from a local kirana shop here in motilal nagar 3 goregaon west mumbai Maharashtra, kindly take proper action, please let me know if additional information is needed
