Hi, i am valuable consumer to the itc products.in our area itc distributor is not upto the mark since he is not giving any itc products (Food items) to the consumers and he is not treating the consumer with respect his behavior is such rude.

The dealer told us that there is scheme of 1kg turmeric powder free in 15kg of items, 5kg tumeric, 5 kg coriander powder & 5kg cumin powder, we ordered the same, however only 5kg coriander and cumin was provided and turmeric was not provided. We thought that it will be provided in the coming days, but, it was never done. Now, when we enquired they say, that you should give a fresh 15kg order to avail the free items. I have purchased your producy savlon handwash pouch yesterday but its quility is noe good-
- it does not rinse off easily.
- it has not good smell.
- it is causing irritation onhands after washing.
- sensation of irritation persists long after using the product.
Being a product of such a world class company (Itc) such quality is not expected. Please take necesary action and inform me immidiately....

I have bought cigarette packets from the your salesmen and in one packet i got a10 cigarettes instead of gold flake. The pack was sealed before. But in the pack there was this worst cigarettes....

Today i bought itc bingo chips 5 rupees pack and i opened the pack i was shocked there is only 2 piece of pototo chips is there. 100% sure that 2 piece is not a new weight of 12 gms as mentioned in the packet.

I got non veg particle in sun feast yippee noodle packet. Iam a pure vegetarian how can this happened for a vegetarian people. so i wanted to an action against on it....

Since the lockdown, cigarettes are being sold in the black at rs 200/- via-a-vis mrp f rs 165/-. The shopkeepers say the distrbutors are charging them more than normal real prices. Isn't there any mechanism to check this? I have stopped buying as i refuse to succumb to black (Mail) market and i have been a user since 1976.

Even though the cigarettes "wills classic" that i purchase is manufactured in march 2020, i am forced to pay a premium of rs. 120 on mrp.

All the sellers in and around the area are cartelling, leaving me with no choice but to pay.

I urge itc to help make these cigarettes available for the consumers through online media so we don't have to be cheated this way....

I agarwal traders have h bill made by tha salesman chandan dutta but the deliveryan delivered the product to another counter. And now the salesman said that I couldn't do anything. I just request u to look in this matter aand take some action against this type of negligence .

I am writing to complain about pankaj store distributor of our area.
From last few days we are facing lots of problem. As we are wholeseller, purchase products in bulk but he deny for supplying of wholesale product and selling only in retail price.
