I bought a pack of candyman double eclairs and the packing of toffee is very bad. Half of the white covering is badly stick with the chocolate and my kid was almost about to have chocolate with that white packing stick to it.
I am attaching the photograph of the products
That white plastic paper is very bad for health if swallowed by the kid
This is kids favorite chocolates and we immediately restricted kids to have them after distributing

    Complaint -

    I was declared one of the winners of the aashirvaad atta lottery contest which was run between 6th july 2019 to 13th september 2019. This is the message which i got -

    "dear shabana naik, congratulations! You’ve been chosen as winner in aashirvaad atta contest. You’ve won a year long supply of aashirvaad atta. Kindly click on following url and provide your details. http://aashirvaadatta.com/register?mobile=OTg4NjI3Mzk0OA== we’ll contact you shortly to help you claim your gift. T & c apply*."

    After receiving this message the details, such as address, contact, phone number and others were provided on the same day.

    I did not receive any call for the confirmation of my address after that.

    After 15 days, (As mentioned in their t&c - winners of the contest will be announced on the aashirvaad atta www.aashirvaadatta.com within 15 days from the entries being received on a particular day) when i could not find my name on the winners list i intimated them on their helpline number[protected], that my name was not published, initially they said its taking time as there are so many winners, i should not worry it will come up soon.

    So i thought to intimate them via mail on september 9th, 2019, pls refer below. To which they replied on mail that there's some glith why my name didnt came up on the list and assured me that i am one of the winners and need not worry. Itc can check all the call records for the communications.

    And from here they started misleading me with one after the other useless explanations. Today (08/01/2020) i received one of their call saying that since i have not submitted my details withing 24hrs as mentioned in their terms and conditions, i will not receive the benefits ie 1 aashirvaad atta pack of 10 kg per month.

    My question is,

    Why are you telling this to me now?
    Please show me the proof that i have responded late?
    And, why even after so many mails and communications assuring me of my winnings you are saying this now?

    Please explain.

    Hello itc team,

    This is really a very bad customer service, this should not happen from a company like itc. I have been repeatedly calling on your customer care number[protected] since september 2019 regarding my concern. Please see below in my complaint 77470. I haven't received any winnings so far.

    I am shocked at your service. The customer care people were just trying to pacify my concern by giving some soothing reasons which they are not committing to. You can check all my call logs. This is what they are saying - "you will get your atta by nov 15th", then on another call, "you will get by end of november", on one call recently, the customer care person monika @ 3:45 pm 7/01/2020 said that i will write your concern to the respective team, i asked please mark a copy to me, but i didn't receive any mail. Now today one of the representative anukriti said @10:27 am that i will get the atta by jan 15th, also she said that i will receive a call within an hour which i didn't receive so far. This is gross violation of your ethics. We feel cheated with this kind of behaviour.

    I am consolidating all my call logs, emails, and recordings. What i am thinking of doing initially is that i will make it public. And will surely ensure that people know about your company's ethics.

    I am helpless to take such action as i am tried of fake promises made by your team.

    I am very happy with the prompt response from ITC team. Aakansha handled it very well. I have received a big 10kg Aashirvaad Atta packet within few hours of my complaint, and now feeling proud to be the winner of the contest. A big shout out to ITC. Long live the brand and its values.

        I had recently purchased Aashirwaad wheat flour from big bazar. It was an unopened pack of 2kg and as soon as I opened I could see cockroaches crawling all over, not just one and there were many cockroaches crawling. This is not the first time, a few months priorly also I found some cockroaches in the pack of 5 kg atta. Very disappointing to know that they manufacture such disgusting things being such a big brand.

            Please look at the attached photographs of bingo 60gram potato chips packets. On opening the two very same pockets, one had less than 25 grams of chips where as the other had stated 60 grams of chips.

            It surely is not a problem or discrepancy of amazon, the vendor who sold and delivered these packs. But it is a malpractice or a discrepancy from the manufacturer which is itc.

            I would request you to take this up with itc foods and inform them of the malpractice or discrepancy which reflects poor quality check and control at itc’s end. This is quite a common type of complaint

              As i am a smoker of king regular cigars i find different prices per pack of 10 cigars in different places in kodagu and mangalore. On 4 nov i bought 1 pack at ujire near dharmasthala for 170 rs. When i asked why he take 20 rs extra the shopkeeper told me that wholeseller doesn't give for wholesale price and he is taking 160 rs per pack. Otherwise no stock. Why should we give more when there is mrp on the pack?. Please enquire.

Already I had given complaint regarding this issue to HR Dept Rammurthy Garu of PSPD & also sent to Calcutta. There is no response given to us. Kindly pursue our problem.
              I bought Aashirvaad AATA on Friday evening my nearest departmental stores at Ashapur Varanasi, but AATA's quality is not good & flour has insects.Please assist me how to manage.

                  A shop named annai mobiles in karapakkam at chennai-600097 is charging refrigerated itc products for a higher price than the maximum retail price. That is a 200 ml mountain dew pet bottle is sold for rs.20 when it's maximum retail price is rs.18 only. Please take the necessary action on this as it is highly offensive to sell a product more than its maximum retail price.

                  I purchased aashirvaad flour, in August. After cooking for 20 months, i found little insects.

                  I complaint to ITC call center. They acknowledge it and gave me a complaint number. They said that they would examine and replace it.

                  Its been a long time since, this is not looked upon.

                        Bingo achar masti product at open time unusable and very bed smell apear. When contact to company. They have no any solution provided. So many time we are are mail at itccare. But no any solution and no any information provided. One executive mr kapil say to me company head say we are unable to approval your product

                          I brought bingo chips tomato flavour rs 5 packet. The pack was empty, actually i brought multiple pack so am not notice pack while am purchasing later later only i realised that pack was empty. So, i check the pack throughly whether someone ate the pack or not, after that i confirmed and realised that default pack itself empty. This pack is counterfeit product because pack not in open condition. Please don’t cheat the consumer anymore, my money is totally weste. Every money have some value don’t loot for hard earned money for your profit. I don’t don’t where to initiate about the problem. Thanking you. I include empty pack kindly check it out.

                            Distributor will sell the cigarette packets every day for us. Two days we got empty cigerette packet with neatly packed. Nearly we got loss of rs.10000.
                            We have asked distributor, he is telling that not responsible for that. But we have doubt he is only doing that for money. Or from company only getting empty cigerette packets

                              Dear itc customer care, as per previous complaint i have received again savlon herbal sensitive (750 ml) refill pack which is not giving good results, again problem of skin is persistent. Even family members are annoyed because of this product.
                              Requesting you to plz provide savlon deep clean variant (750 ml refill).

                              SIR, I use to smoke king lite for years..From past few I have been experiencing 2nd grade tobacco and even change in smell of king lite cigarette.I have stopped smoking since every where the supply duplicate cigarette..Please consider this complaint seriously and act accordingly or else your company will lose genuine customer ..

                                Dear sir,

                                The vivel soap and the cover batch no. B08bl1d 100gm date of manufacture 06/19 has a strong smell of tobacco. Kindly check. This was noticed in earlier batches also. But i did not register a complaint since i thought you would correct it. May you should have some customer audit. It will be good if you analyse the cover and soap for tobacco traces.

The Distributor for ITC product is inefficient in supplying the Products.Even your Representative is proven to be incapable of giving us a constant Supply.The terms agreed has not been fulfilled consistently and been a problem as we were doing a good business in Atta.Hope this will get a response.

                                  Dear team;

                                  I just checked in to the hotel ; however i was not happy with the staff.
                                  They were wanting to know why i needed 2 keys for the room.
                                  No hotel in the my experience so far including marriot ; leela and starwood group of hotels and many more have never asked me why i need 2 room keys.
                                  Your staff does not need to know why i need 2 keys and if somebody is staying with me. This is the most unethical mode of treatment. This would probably be the last time i would ever stay in this this hotel and i have already told my booking agency for my company - vmware software to take some action against this. Hope somebody knows how to treat a customer.

                                    wills classic milds - consumer complaint - cigarette with 90% filing

                                    I am a wills class cigarette smoker for the past 15 years. I would like to lodge the following consumer complaint.
                                    1. I have purchased a packer of wills classic milds cigarette (20s pack) today morning[protected].
                                    2. I was shocked to see that all the cigarettes in the 20's pack were only 90% filled with tobacco showing deficiency in supply.
                                    3. As a long term loyal customer, i feel that i am cheated by itc for the money...

                                    Purchased savlon 750ml liquid soap handwash assuming as it was good as we are using from past 4 years, but this time it was really disappointing. That gives us harsh results need to consult doctor for skin issues

                                      I got air fryer as second prize in aashirvaad koora karam contest. Yesterday i received the air fryer through courier. But it was damazed at4 places.. Really i was depressed. I have the photos and opening video. Iam sending the photos. I also told to the courier company which is in patna. They said we will find where it was happened. Plz respond to my complaint.

                                      I participated in Aashirvaad koora karam contest and won Air fryer as second prize.Iam living in vijayawada.Saturday(31-08-19) I received a phone call that you receive the airfryer from the courier office in vijayawada.sunday(01-0819) and monday(02-09-19, vinayakachaviti), the courier office was closed.yesterday(03-09-19) we went there and received the parcel.While we opening the parcel we noticed that the air fryer was highlydamaged at 4 places.we informed to the sender in patna also, and also sent the photos to sender.
