Hi all,

As per companies norms the refund will be credited within 24 hours and if the worst case it will be 30 days takes time to refund... But, it is almost 28 days are gone still the amount is not refunded to bank account... We inquired the same with zoom customer care and we are not received any satisfactory explanation... Please help me to get back my amount..

I have found one dead cockroach in the packet of ashirvaad atta,

Morning we used the same powder, once we take all the powder out we shocked that we have seen one dead cockroach inside the cover, what kind of quality is this where did you received quality certificate this is not at all gud.

Never expect this kind of experience from itc,

I will never ever suggest this to anyone

Sir, this is mukunda. I am from jayampu village, balayapalli md, nellore dt, andrapradesh.. I was started my shop june 1st...in my shop had itc products cigarette, bingos, dark fantasy, ect.. These are all purchased in my near town gudur. Itc sales person come daily at saturday to my town.. And take the order... Product are delivered in next day.. My friend is also had shop. He was also told to the sales person new shop is their take order.. But still now the sales person not visit my shop.. Plz consider my request solve these problem as soon as possible..

I booked the car for a day rental from zoomcar app on 22nd june 2017. For the same, i was told to deposit rs. 5000 as security deposit which will be refunded back to my source payment method after the rented car is given back.

Now on 12th july 2017, i got an email from zoomcar that my money is refunded to citrus wallet in which i don't even have an account. First issue is how can the company transfer money into citrus wallet when they clearly mentioned that the money will go to the source payment method which is my internet banking.

After that i received mail from zoomcar your money is our hand refund please click the link and direct transfer the amount to you account. I have try so many time even i have visit local zoomcar parking office they told me we don't know about this refund please contact our customer care they will advice you. I have contact so many times no one help from zoomcar team.

Hello, i am c. Amrutheshwar rajkumar from bangalore. I purchased a pack of sunfeast marie light biscuit few months back, i was shocked to see a foreign material in one of the biscuit which i consider it as plastic. This plastic was a strand which was in the middle of the biscuit and it was not separate.
I did contact itc regarding this issue and they put a case number which is: 2017/1203. Few days later, on 27/04/2017 an executive collected the biscuit for the lab test and he also provided me an acknowledgment that he has received it.
My request was just a lab report from itc. Instead they sent me a pdf about the steps they take to filter the raw materials. A few days later they informed me that the foreign material that was found was a raw material. Even then, if they are using the best filtration procedures and machines then why did i still find the raw material in the biscuit.
I spoke to three to four executives and they only wanted me to put an end to this, they never gave me a satisfactory reply.
Suppose if i had not seen the foreign particle, if i had consumed it, i would have fell ill because plastic is a hazardous material.
I did try explaining that i just wanted a lab report and they said they do not get things tested outside and they have there own labs. Well, if that's the case, let the lab give me a report.
Note: i wanted a biscuit and not the raw material.
I do not want a refund but i want a good justification regarding my issue.

I bought a yippee noodles magic masala from dmart, when i opened the pack at home i found insects in 2 cakes of noodles, i contacted dmart and they complaint this issue to itc and then someone came from itc to my place and took that packet from me and gave me some other product of itc in place of that, but that's not fair i don't want things should end like this i want some action against them, and i have the batch number of that packet, please take some action.

I have purchased aashirwad atta from gupta general store on 2nd june 17 but opened it yesterday evening and found tiny black insects in it. I am regular consumer of aashirwad atta but this is the first time i found such thing in it. Request you to kindly replace this with another one. I am sending some photographs for your kind perusal.

Last so many years i am regularly using ashirwad atta. Recently i purchased 10 kg ashirwad atta from near by shop in bangalore. After making chapati we found higher percentage maida it seems. My main doubt maida and atta cost almost same rate.!!!

The shops and stall infront of city center salt lake kolkata all the stall and shops which they all keep itc product... Are charging more than mrp... As the mountain dew 200 ml bottle mrp printed is rs 10 but they are charging 12.. I askex them that u changing more they itc people charged them more to supply... Kindly reply

But due to arrogant nature of dealer n salesman and commission problem, he removed the display board and the salesman also not supplying the cigarettes. It affects my business. They are giving every item to my previous retail but after then they are not giving any kind of product of your company. Someone of your company staff visit my retail shop and told me that my problem will be solve shortly but after that someone was taking my order and didnt come yet so i hope you will solve my problem soon

I have bought bundels of wills navey cut packets..but they ar damped..to whome to return as no one is ready to take it back...Does Cigrate expires?? Is a big question now as no where in the packet or bundle expirey date is mentioned. The Distributor in the area i telling us to give return the product at half the price. Plz help me.

I bought Aashirvaad atta 5kg pack from one of the leading super market in Bangalore. The atta quality is very poor, it looks like lot of maida is mixed instead of 100% whole wheat atta.

Chappathi made out of this dough is not all tasty as like earlier. When I tried to contact the customer care by calling[protected]printed on the packet), the call is getting disconnected automatically after 15 seconds (after the voice mail;...

I bought bingo yumitos for kids in our home..i found fungal balls like things in packet..kids ate them n suffered with diarrhoea..these kind of things are unacceptable..they have to be punished n stop them manufacturing these type of quality less n harmful food..i have photos n packet with me still..i am gonna fight for this...so many innocent children are eating without knowing about these things..we shouldnt leave these people..i will post the pics in facebook..so dat everyone gets to know..

Dear Sir/Mam,

The distributor of ITC cigarette terminated the display 9 months back and said to us"company has closed your display and company won't give any money."
2 weeks back, representative of ITC came and given Gift for the new year and said "your display is not closed, please consult to the company head-office.
ITC Distributor is taking your display money".

kindly give us our cigarette display money of 1.5 year and resolve this issue ASAP.

I purchased a sunfeast yipee noodles magic masala 70g, a brand owned by itc limited and found a worm in it.
I live in kolkata.
Really disappointed by the product quality.
I have registered a complaint with fssai along with the proven pictures and videos of the product.
I request the itc consumer forum to take action against these product issues and compensate me for the faulty product.
