It has been seen constantly for the last few days that the quality of your SILK CUT brand cigarettes has degraded very badly. Either we are not getting that taste or the size of that has been decreased. But very sad to say that the price of that brand has been increased. As am the regular user of your several brands but if the condition remains same then I have to take some different option. This is for your kind information.
Hope you will look into the matter seriously.

Im complaing about distrubuters who is not giving a proper services ... Im really sick of this.. They are not paying rentals of dispalyes properly.. Or they also not providing a prodect as i need as well.
And behaviour of distrubuters is like im beggar and they giving me a beg as well.
Seriously do somthing for this this problem is from last few years...

In bangalore cigarette price is more than MRP, all the retailers are charging extra per stick 1rs on all itc cigarette. Why is itc not taking any action against this. In bangalore cigarette consumer are in large quantities. And we consumer are paying tax on per stick. What government has put. Still itc is making ways to pull money. By hiking the price more than MRP.

In Kavali they are not providing the cigirates for normal rates
In aditon to that they are not providing the stock of biscuits
We are selling other company stock instead of ITC company
PLEASE LOOK into the mater and provide us with the stock and make
They are selling cigirates for rate more than 5rs

Today before starting to prepare a bowl of Yippee Noodles, I found out a dead insect dwelling in the packet amongst the material. It is a matter of grave concern and I would like the help of the consumer court in dealing with this situation. It is after all a consumable item and if the incident is let gone, it will make matters worse. Therefore, I want a monetary compensation against such a gruesome experience. This is subject to Complaint lodged telephonically today on your customer care number, we have today received 8-10 granular hardened pieces inside flour bag of 10kg Ashirwaad wheat ATTA.these pieces may have totally contaminated whole ATTA..so we have kept it aside & not using it . we are using ASHIRWAAD since 3-4 years, but never got any Foreign matter like this. please take it up seriousy & let us know way forward . otherwise, we have to go consumer forum. Hello, i am a customer of Sunfeast Snacky. I bought this 2 yellow colour snacky Packet for Rs.10 each from near by vendor. The Packet contains 64 g, PKD:14/08/15, Batch No-K13A, Best Before 6 month from Packaging. But when i opened the packet there was 2 small packets of biscuit inside and on the inside packet again the PKD date is mention which is 15/01/2014. So as per inside pkt the biscuits are already being expired 1.5 yrs back as on today i.e., 18.12.2015. Pls confirm is it safe to consume such biscuit because as per inside packet the biscuit is already being expired on 16/7/2014 & now ITC has done repackaging of biscuits and as per main packet the expiry is of 15/02/2016. Is ITC is so cheap Co that it is selling the expiry biscuits with new packaging and date. Is this the way they keep Safety for Customer. I want a proper resolution of my Complaint. How come a company can play with the consumer health. what is a difference between maggi (Nestle) and Sunfeast Sanacky (ITC). Dear sir, Yesterday I was purchased yippee Noodles 280grms.pouch at Baner pune d Marth through. But in side masala pack opened after camped lot of gurms. How to eat . we are see carefully then I had seen jurms inside. Kindly prepare my complent and I'm keeping noodles poouch separates.

I purchased 2 packs of 5 kg Ashirwad Select Atta from ShreeRam Stores last month. Both were having insects. I wrote to this site about it and registered complaint on tollfree no. Nothing happened. Then I requested my friend working in ITC. On that intervention I could get 1pack of 5 kg atta replaced. I am awaiting for 2nd pack to be replaced since 20 days.
I feel very bad about ITC, a great name it was in my mind.

I was called for Interview for the Post of Manufacturing Executive on 18th September 2015 at ITC Bangalore Foods Division and was assured that to and fro journey compensation will be provided, I submitted all details required and still by time my account has not been credited with reimbursement. The person who coducted the Interview was Mr. Chandrasekhar Tripathi. I have the mail back up confirming that the amount will be credited by first week of October, Still these people are doing false promises and not in the mood to pay my compensation, Kindly look into this and resolve and don't provoke me to take extrme steps which will be troublesome for you also and for me also, I was never expecting this from ITC

I bought 3 packets of nutrichoice heavens cookies ( almonds, banana and oats) from a shop in Bombay. All the 3 packets are from same date of packing . In one of the packet, among six, 2 packets of the biscuit was not crispy and not good. Feeling so bad of your biscuit. Remaining packets and pouch are available with us. Pls take necessary action to refund the amount.

We have recently re-signed two years of agreement with ITC LTD. LRBD JOHN Players brand as an CNF agent. We have also given the deposit amount to the company and also we are activity working since june, 2011. Despite of all this company employ Mr. Manoj sule RSM has been sending stock at a delay of two months since last one year and recently he has send my stock to different AGENT. We PRUDENT DISTRIBUTORS has not been given any written letter or mail from the company ITC Ltd. about any kind of discontinuing or stock sending to different location. I am bearing huge losses since april 2014, on repeatedly informing the company through mail there is no reply or action taken till September 2015. We are facing this problem due to inconvenience and fault of Regional Sale Manger Mr Manoj sule. Also the National Sale manger is not taking any action on the same. We have ALL the documents signed agreement mail copies complain to Human Resource Department of ITC ltd Complain mail to ITC ltd head Mr. Atul Chand.

I bought a packet of biscuits from a local grocery shop and when I opened it I did not found it eatable. It was smelling bad and tasted like it expired. I sent an e-mail to ITC Limited and they never took the matter seriously which shows the level of customer service they follow.

This product smells real bad and tastes like it's been stored for years.
If the product has not expired why does it smell????? Why is the product not going though food quality check before going out in the market??? And if it does how did it even pass the QC test?????


I would like to register an official complaint against the Company so this is not repeated.

We Purchase ITC product-Agarbattis (Mangaldeep) locally . But we are sorry to say that we find more Fungus on the sticks of Agarbattis purchase on 30th august from Shop " at Ara (Bihar). This is shown bad Quality under your good Brand ITC. Hello, I am from Allahabad U.P. bought yumfills whoopie pie from VISHAL MEGA MART ALLAHABAD, U.P. on 31/08/2015 at 20:10:55 as per mentioned in Vishal mega mart customer invoice. When I brought the pie at home and unwrapped it to eat, It was all fungus which I can see on it. When I tried to mail all this to company the mail mentioned on the pie box was not good to receive any mails, tried to contact customer care so got ITC hotels toll free number only, when asked them any mail id they asked me the issue and after that said will arrange a call. When next day again called on the Toll free number they misbehaved and said do whatever you can, called on Kolkata office number the lady who picked up said office is closed and did not even hear anything and hanged my call. Its around 20 hours now and still did not get any solution of my problemThis was a great shock on my faith over sunfeast. Please take this matter urgent as it is a concern of public health in general Please find the photos attached of the fungus pie and receipt of vishal mega mart.
