We always use ITC product-Agarbattis (Mangaldeep) purchase locally . But we are sorry to say that we find more Fungus on the sticks of Agarbattis purchase on 16th august from Shop "TULSI" at Jail Road Ara (Bihar). This is shown bad Quality under your good Brand ITC. i have purchased think pad edge E430 registered with name jahan singh by inspiration of lenovo thinkpad that used in my company ITC ltd. After satisfaction of your product quality i purchased lenovo K3 Note by flipcart also registered with named Jahan singh but i have not received lenovo k3 note head phone.
I shocked this reputed company is not provided head phone.

I bought a pack of Bingo yumitos from a seller in Mathura near by my house after opening the pack and eating i found one chip with some insect sticking to it most probably it is coackroach..after eating it i got ill
and felt nausea all the day..is this the quality itc offers to their customers.i am attaching image what i found inside the
pack.this is truly unacceptable from this kind of big company.

I have purchased 100units of this chocolates for my friend birthday and trust me this was our favourite chocolates. But this time it becomes our worst one because the chocolate is having some problem due to which a bad smelling was coming and the taste was also different. I thought it would be a expired product but its manufacting date is 5/2015.

Dear Sir/Mam; I run a shop, where i sell all food products, and there is much demand for the ITC Products specially "Ashirwad atta", but The dealer which are supplying the ITC Products, are not supplying the products on the regular basis, and in the PCMC Area, there is only one dealer who is supplying these ITC Products, i request to sir/mam, please look into this matter, we have raised this complaint 2 to 3 times but there is no positive response from your side, i request you to kindly look into these matter, if this case remains then i am sorry to say, costumers are getting diverted to the different products so please look into this matter as soon as possible. Dear sir / madam,
I m one of the shopkeeper in new delhi dwarka. My complaint is that your one of the distributer in delhi (Vitran) is not providing me the products for selling. The reason for not giving me the product is the cheque bouncing. The cheque bouncing is due the side of icici bank as icici bank is duing updation of their software. I have the payment in cash to distributer after that. Now your is saying that i should come at his place and say sorry to him then he will provide me the products as he has closed my code. I don't know why this distributer is showing me attitude that without him i will not get the product. I have cleared my payments and know also he is saying me that he will not provide me the products. I sell around 2. 5 lakhs amount of products of your company per month. Now please see into this matter.
Please co - operate with me. I don't know why your distributer is doing this thing with me and some more of the shopkeepers.

Have already complained about Bad Ashirwad wheat atta quality yo your customer care. Receievd only a complaint number CARE/2015/857 - No action taken. After lots of follow up no resolutions. Very bad after sales service. S D Khanolkar

Hisir I have a shop in ITPL bangalore selling cigarette at a price higher than MRP. He does this for all type of cigarettes he sells and when I encountered he said he will only give on that price and not at MRP. Please look into this. He is selling this under the shop name time pass.

Hello, I am from bangalore and today in one of the store in Ejipura RA road the store name is SNM stores charged me 110 for one pack of ITC King. The pack price is 95 and they are taking 15rs extra. I had complained before and nothing happened earlier. Please check and do the needful.

Dear ITC, Many Pan shops in Delhi are saying that Kejriwal govt. has introduced new plan to give FREE treatment for ALL Cancer patients in Delhi. To pay for The cancer treatment, Kejriwal govt. is charging 18% Tax on all Cigarette. They are saying this tax is above the MRP.

Hi, I would like to register my complaints here. As of now there were no changes in any cigarette packet price. From last two days I am facing the issues in cigarette packet price. In North Chennai most of the retail shop they are selling the Gold flake cigarette packet for Rs.115 but MRP is Rs.95. In retail there are selling per cigarette for Rs.12. If I ask the reason, they are saying ITC Agents are selling for additional price. My question here is: "Is there any control board in ITC to monitor these pricing?". If you have such board I request you to monitor on these additional price over the MRP. Every year I am facing this issue before they increase the MRP, I hope you will take necessary action on it. I have given below few shops details where they are selling the cigarette packet more than MRP. Shop-1: Olympic Tea Shop 7th Lane Grace Garden Next to KCS Higher Secondary School, Opp to Thiruthangal Nadar Arangam, Old Washermenpet, Chennai - 600 021. Shop-2: Small Shop(I am not sure about name) Avadana Ramasammy Street, Old Washermentpet, Chennai - 600 021. Land Mark: Opposite to Maharani Theatre. When you enter into street which is located opp to Maharani Theatre, in Left Hand side you will find only one small shop petti shop. I am expecting the right action from your end. Now here bhuj agency peoples are declining that coupens.

Already given complaint no.20141957. when i had the biscuit i got the plastic paper inside the biscuit (PLEASE FIND THE PHOTO) how it's possible from so reputed company brand.
