Hisir I have a shop in ITPL bangalore selling cigarette at a price higher than MRP. He does this for all type of cigarettes he sells and when I encountered he said he will only give on that price and not at MRP. Please look into this. He is selling this under the shop name time pass....

Sir, I am writing the scenario from chennai. Every year during the budget season, the wholesalers and distributors make merry by selling old mrp packs of cigarettes with the new price. This year its a great loot. Each pack of gold flake kings is sold at rs100 and even 110 by some wholesalers.
