Dear Sir/Ma’am

I reside in Bhopal, M.P. India.
Due to the events that have occurred until now, I am concerned that your online ITC Store team will not deliver the order and my amount will not be refunded to me. Hence I write.

I had placed order via your online ITC Store on 24 NOV 2022, the details of which are below:
Order #603555 for Rs.841.00.

The orders were scheduled to be delivered by 29 NOV 2022. However, they were not.

When I enquired, they told me my order no. is not valid, then I sent them a mail with payment confirmation and there own mail of the order confirmation on 29 NOV 2022. They raised the ticket against my complaint. I was fine with this.

On 30 nov 2022, I call them on there customer no. to take the followup of my complaint. Again i got the same reply, we keep this on our high priority but still today(02 nov 2022) there is progress from there side.

1. There is no tracking system for me to see how the order is progressing. How will I receive communication on this issue?
2. I have not received responses from your support team in spite of writing several emails to them.
3. Not a good customer care support by ITC?
5. What is your escalation path if I do not receive my delivery?
6. Who do I complain to, for this harrowing experience?

Kindly let me know what to do?

i bought a B-natural guava juice pack in which some black substance floating on it. And its not even expired. Please see the images and let me know what is this. This is really scarry to see these substances inside ur drink.

I am very very disappointed by the Quality of product, a bug / insect was found in Navratan Namkeen.

You need to take it seriously, its not expected from such a reputed company like your's.

Hi Sir,

(1) I have made below order.

Order Dt :[protected]
Order Amt : 3003

(2) Due to Out of Stock, the item "Classmate Octane Gel Pen- Blue & Black (Pack of 25 Pens + 4 Gel Refills FREE)" was not delivered. Its cost was INR 250. Refund Initiated and its Reference is 155968

(3) Till now, I have not received this refund. I have checked with ITC Stores Support via email and phone and below are irresponsible claims.
(a) They say it is credited to "Magic Box" which is attached to my account in ITCSTORE.in. When I checked "Magic Box" itself is not there
(b) They say "Magix Box" is undergoing changes. Soon, it will be available. There is no ETA they can give. It is more than 2 months now
(c) If I request refund to bank account, they say it is not possible because it is already given to "Magix Box". If I ask where is "Magic Box", they say it come soon.

I feel completely cheated.

Please help to address this issue.

I hereby request you to please tell me about salary structure for ROC (Rural order Capture) Uttar Pradesh, how much provide by the company to distributor to give for a sales Man because your some area executive make fraud and misguide and not give proper information about salary and also they want to short amount from each sales man amount. This is big issu and to make fully harassment to all sales man. The distributor not provide salary slip, fund, bonus, health card, no offer letter only the want to work with 6000₹ to hole month.

We have placed orders through the ITCstore website on 14th September, and the delivery date will be 19th September, however, till now not been delivered, tried calling customer care no response also wrote an email till now no response, the worst experience I never had like this, at least there should be intimation.

What a pathetic service is this

Duplicate cigrate supply in our area kindly solve issue

I had purchased tetra pack of B-Natural juice- Guava Flavour from Ratnadeep in Hdernagar hyderbad.

I and my child have been drinking the juice since bought it and while we poured out the last glass from the pack, some skin like substance came out into the glass with black impurities. It has really scared me cause even my child had been drinking it.

We would like to bring this to the company's notice as it poses as a health hazard, especially when we are in such a crucial time where health has to be given priority. When we trust a company to use it's products, the last thing we expect if for this kind of disappointment. More so, when the company is as big a name as ITC.

Please look into the matter and take necessary action or else we would be forced to file a complaint in the consumer court and with the food authorities.

The order #553412 was to be delivered on 31.08.22. Got the whatsapp message that order is delayed. There after raised the complaint by mail and got the ticket number and assurance to resolve the case within 48 hours. Today is 05.09.2022 and there no proper feedback or commitment to deliver the order. The call center works only on BOT and useless to give any credible feedback.

we would like to inform that your products are very good. We are running a (royal) supermarket past 4 years. Actually we are get your products ( atta, sunfeast..Etc) from solisvarar & co at karaikudi- 630 001. There are very lazy and irresponsible to supply your products. We will get products weekly once but nowadays they are not delivering to our shop often. If we ask why, simply they said we forgotten to deliver. Previously we got products brfore 20 days. Inbetweent salesman came to shop twice but until now not delivered what we order. Its become very worst so kindly take necessary action.

The supply system is very poor. And we are not getting the order and goods properly, it is said from few days that there is always no stock, the goods are not coming from the company. If you place an order today, then the goods arrive in at least seven days or in eight days, due to which we lose, please correct the supply system thanks
