I had purchased tetra pack of B-Natural juice- Guava Flavour from Ratnadeep in Hdernagar hyderbad.

I and my child have been drinking the juice since bought it and while we poured out the last glass from the pack, some skin like substance came out into the glass with black impurities. It has really scared me cause even my child had been drinking it.

The order #553412 was to be delivered on 31.08.22. Got the whatsapp message that order is delayed. There after raised the complaint by mail and got the ticket number and assurance to resolve the case within 48 hours. Today is 05.09.2022 and there no proper feedback or commitment to deliver the order. The call center works only on BOT and useless to give any credible feedback....

Hi, I have never experienced a worse service than this. I had been on call with ITC customer service for more than 35 mins and after listening to the mind-numbing music for 35 minutes, my mobile number was noted down and was told that I'll be getting a call back in SOMETIME. I don't understand how a reputed company like this has such a drastically bad customer service.
