TICKET NO-148849, My itcstore account- [protected]@gmail.com I had added 1150rs to my magicbox/wallet
Biggest mistake of my life, while placing the order the wallet got auto debited without even the order being placed and is showing 0rs balance, basically scamming me of my own money for nothing, I've contacted itcstore support over email and call like atleast 10 times now and they keep telling me to wait for 1-2 days every time but nothing ever happens and I'm being made a fool instead I hope its not a fraud didn't expect this from a brand like ITC.

    Below is the online site where i ordered some items but one of them is not delivered.there is not option to track delivery apart from the order details. The complete order is shown as delivered while one of its big items was missing from the package.

    When I contacted the customer care, there is no response over the phone, while there is a common response via email:
    " This is an auto generated mail.

    Your request (915555) is being reviewed."
    No information of whether the item got sent to some other location or was it cancelled, or is it being refunded or suddenly it went out of stock.
    Keeping customers in the dark is a kind of new fashion for ecommerce/delivery companies.
    After more than 3 days, there is no response except for the dummy auto-response from email as well as some useless auto-reply in whatsapp which goes like:
    "thanks for your feedback. our customer care executives will look into it and contact you asap"

        sir/ma'am in 2020 the product of ITC bingo products was lefted from BN trading then it will be gone through NAMAN tarding Co. in (C1-249, sangam vihar, new delhi[protected]email- [protected]@gmail.com) and that time i was shifted my shop one place to another place. at that time in shifting there are lots of replacement in three to four bags. which i will give you description blow
        205 pcs * 10 MRP = 2050
        209 pcs * 10 MRP = 2090
        90 pcs * 10 MRP = 900
        37 pcs * 10 MRP = 370
        250 pcs * 10 MRP = 2500

        sir/ ma'am
        this replacement i was given to DSM name as RIZVAAN KHAN who will worked at NAMAN trading at 8 FEB 2021.
        now this person rizvaan was resign there job in march 2021 and now a days the owner or NAMAN trading was saying the replacment was not deliver at that place.

        and at the same time when i will given that return product i was provided Post Dated(09 march 2021) my cheque of rupees 23540 was bounced by some resign. which i will paid in cash.

        now they will not given my replacement of bingo and after that they was not delivered my order of bingo

        please sir do some thing of my problem there

          My name is rinky kapoor i checked in hotel itc grand chola on 13th room no 2428
          i was with my friend rekha singh we had the worst experience in this hotel.
          We asked receptionist water she didn't bother at all.
          On 14th morning we went for swimming after summing as we entered the room i saw a staff name sivanesh of itc grand chola inside my room without informing us which was so shocking i screamed i made a video without informing us how can a male staff enter my room on top of that he is giving an excuse so i made his video at that very time.
          I went to reception called the manager n wanted him to accept my complain in written paper but mr rana refused to help me.
          Now please may i know will any lady guest be safe in such itc brand hotel.

                          On the occasion of "Eid 2022", they had conducted a contest on the official instagram account of "aashirvaad", in which I was among one of the winner.

                          The gratification was a "voucher of ₹500", which can be used at the "ITC E-store."
                          But Unfortunately the site is saying we don't deliver at your location.

                          I had already conveyed this issue to their team on instagram, and they asked for certain information for which I cooperated too. They said they are conveying the problem to the relevant team.

                          But now It's about to be one month and my problem is still not resolved.

                              I love this product over any other alternatives & have it often. But, this time while I was enjoying the noodles, I found a small piece of plastic like material, which I kept chewing until I realised it wasn't something eatable. This has greatly disappointed me to an extent that I might reconsider my choice of noodles the next time. After I tried to see what was I chewing on so hard, it turned out to be a plastic like piece, which I suppose was in the masala, as it had almost entirely turned orange(as goes the masala color). I even have the picture of that piece, in case that's required as proof. It just ruined my meal for the day with this experience. I hope it doesn't occur with others, so I request the company to follow more efficient hygiene & checking of the products. Thanks.

                                    I had placed order via your online ITC Store on 15 May 2022, the details of which are below:
                                    Order #450444 for Rs.910.

                                    Order were scheduled to be delivered by 16 May 2022. However, they were not.

                                    Tracking link they sent to me at my email was also not working.

                                    Instead, on 16 May around at 11 pm night i got a whatsapp message saying order is delivered which i didn't received.

                                    Will i get my order ?

                                    Kindly let me know what to do?
