I am regular customer (Individual) of ITC brands cigarette. I am recieving coupon in will navy cut continuously since mid of December. I just informed to shop keeper about this. He gave me negative response. As per the salesman of area coupon are invalid not acceptable at any cost.

I believe if any organization is doing any such kind of promotion, then dealer will had information about this scheme.

Please look into this matter.

As i checked, scheme schedule in between Dec'20 2021 to Feb'20 2022.

Please resolve this issue.

Bought a 5 kg Aashirvaad Superior MP Atta. Had a few rotis on Jan 22 2021, given to child and then found out worms are in the flour to our surprise.

Packing date is 01 Dec 2021, from the information "Best before 3 months from the date of packaging", it should have been good atleast till 01 March 2022. Package is brought from JioMart.

Registered a complaint# 596588 directly with ITC, got calls from them regarding the issue and the issue was forwarded to the concerned team by ITC Cares. No progress after that for two weeks.

They provided a new 5kg packet. Took the samples for verification, concerned person told me they will be providing report about the sample but didnt hear anything after that.

I am a consumer of "Sunfeast Dark Fantasy choco fills" since 2010.

As a consumer, the 2 vital things for me are product ( quantity + quality) and pricing.
Quality is outstanding since the beginning. But suddenly they have priced it up.
Earlier the 75g ( 6 cookies ) was for ₹30 ( which was quite ok), but now it's ₹35.

Which is making this product quite unaffordable for a normal Indiana consumer....

I have applied for distributorship. But not continued with it. So I have demand refund for payment of processing fee. But relationship manager ask to pay for cancellation and hault etc. Charges but still no refund from company and asking to pay more for refund the amount.
I have total paid 25000/- ( twenty five thousand ) as processing fee + 20000/- ( twenty thousand ) as refunding process. Total is 45000/- ( forty five thousand ) . So here I again request to refund my total amount to avoid further complications.

I had a very bad experience while using goldflake, A vendor near ISB Mohali, Named GUPTA tea stall, sector 66, Mohali, Punjab, 140306, The vendor name is susheel kumar, ([protected]) is selling fake cigrettes, of gold flake, even all the cigrettes he sell is fake . We from our college have tested this, We tried from other vendors too they all are selling original product, But this guy here is selling Fake cigrettes, We had complaned to him many times, now he says go and complain to goldflake customer care, I request you to lok into it

I have yo purchase itc item from my local distributir.but when it comes to cigarette item, they(distributor) force me to puchase extra item which i don't want to purchase but if i refuse to puchase that particular item, they refuse to sell another one without that item...
What shoul i do, should i stop selling itc product or what?

It's been more than 2 weeks since my ITCstore order was cancelled primarily since they refused to change address. Believe me it's been a nightmare writing emails, calling their customer care with no professional response. Even when ecommerce refunds generally take 4-7 days, there's something fishy going no with ITC store. Their customer executives respond robotically and do not address the mental agony faced by the customer.

It's been a pathetic experience overall!

Im traveling to Mangalore to Udupi by road and I stopped in hotel shree dwara bykampadi and I purchased a 10pack classic cigarette mild and shopkeeper given the local cigarettes in the pack of classical I return ask to the shopkeeper saying that this is not a original classic cigarette shopkeeper told behaviour was rude stating that wanna purchase it go-ahead or leave it here only and also he charged me rs.200/- for the pack of 10 cigarette and it's a duplicate cigarettes at high price he is selling shop name shree kateel pan shop

I will really disappointed for your service if food will deliver extra charges if individual booking seat itc responsibility to inform individuals with call you will accept food delivery otherwise your own arrangements because long travel many persons not knowledge for internet options that's ill be really sad thing for traveller i really requested to take decision and i really hope u ill inform by me any sources if next time i will tarvel that's issued not faced

Hello we are retailer running shop more than 26+ years we sell cigarettes
now the agents are selling in black they charging extra money one packet of extra 10 to 15 rupees and also previously the delar sold to wholeseller in coroana time we contact the vigilance then they come to calm but again now end of year they are doing like this .the agent saying cigars not comming so we selling black please look into it kindly

There are many duplicate ITC cigarettes in market..ITC should identify such units and dealers who supplies duplicate cigarettes and take necessary actions against them...this is not specific to any location as there is mixture of original and duplicate cigarettes around bangalore and tamilnadu...I got to know that at hoskote (karnataka) there is such unit which manufactures duplicate cigarettes...

[protected]. they have talked about distributorship giving itc company at Delhi location and their application submission portal is itcdistributorship.org.in and also they are running a instagram account with the same name and in this website they have submitted my application along with documents like pan aadhar bank statement photo qualification certificate etc and also send msg to my whatsapp regarding the offer from above said number. they have also said that if this application got approval then next is to pay 24000/- security deposit for starting the next process.
so please request you to grab these fraudster so that no other person will lost their hard earned money to them.
