@itelmobileindia Facebook.com/itelmobileindia/ — @itelMobileIndia is not sending my winning gift.

On 4th June 2021 "@itelMobileIndia" announced a contest named "#itelCARES" on fb, insta and twitter.

On 5th June 2021 page announced, they will select 100 winners. (Everyday 5 winners)

On 20th June @itel brand posted the contest post on their facebook page.

In that contest I participated, as per instructions i posted my entry in contest comment box.

Page announced my name as one of the 100 winners on 22nd June.

On 24th June as per their instructions within 72 hours I provided my address and contact details via fb messenger. After getting my details they replied me on 25th June - "Thank you for sharing your details with us. You will receive your prize soon. Congratulations once again."

Max of 100 winners already received their prize but not yet received my gift. Already one and half month gone, page not sending my gift, even not getting any reply from page admin.

Pls look into this matter and do the needful. I request you to take the necessary steps to get my winning prize.
