Itfi sms is fraud company of banglore the dont get delivered on any number and the delivery report shows the that messages got delivered. When i compalained about it they started give every # reasons for it also when i demanded refund from them as they had given in written for that that if we are not satisfied they would refund the money but instead of refunding they started abusing us. So i will suggest everyone to be aware from this fraud and cheater company. We have purchased Bulk SMS service from itfisms .On jun -2017 by paying Rs 6000 for 100000 SMS. But we are unable to send SMS by using there service .Its showing that message was delivered but actually message was not delivering to the mobile number. If you call to contact number which is given on the website .he will start abusing us and will disconnect the call. This is FRAUD company .
Yes this is fraud company.same with me happen showing its delivered but not really it delivered .

But we are unable to send SMS by using there service .Its showing that message was delivered but actually message was not delivering to the mobile number.If we call he is telling to send mail to [protected]@itfisms.com where it will be resolved by support team, but nothing happened, we have sent more than 20 mails with screen shot No Response, We Keep on calling these frauds have blocked our Numbers, but with the other number they pickup calls and GIVE BEST OFFERS!.Even now they keep on CHEATING..FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD, Any one don't do business, and we are going to consumer forum.
In chat even now they keep on doing business...

I was about to purchase Transactional SMS API from ITFI. But after reading this blog, second thoughts are coming in my mind. Can anyone suggest me better SMS API Provider?
