[Resolved] Itzcash Card — unable to transfer money to wallets

The prepaid card itself is not very useful as the prepaid card does not have a high value, only denominations of 10000. Moreover no offers or benefits for customer. Other limitation is that only online transactions are supported.

I used to load the money to paytm wallet and use for households and groceries.

Without any warning or communication to the customer they have stopped supporting loading of wallets.
They say this is as per rbi guidelines, bit it was working 2 weeks ago, which is why i purchased more cards.

Now they did not put any notice or communicatuon regarding this change in wallet support due to which my money is stuck. I do not want to keep my money stuck in this card.
I want a refund which they are not providing.

Please assist

Updated by Ishan.sawhney I did try calling back into customer care of EbixCash and the representative who picked the call had no idea what to do.
I asked to be transferred to someone who would have more understanding of the issue and he informed that there is no one there
Please share the number or contact of someone who can help me here and not mislead me

I usually pick all my calls and I'm not sure when you guys called as I do not have any missed calls on that day
