Prepaid card issued by HDFC Bank does not work. The pin received along with card is shown as invalid when trying to access online. I have many cards which are not working.

I have a Gift Card which has the validity as 8/22. But when I tried using at the Outlet, i got the message on the Card machine that the Card is expired

I tried calling their Helplines several time waiting for more than 5 minutes each time . No luck . They are Deadlines

Further I have given the information on their contact platform many time . Only false promises . no one has called to date and it is more than a week

Regret buying the Card

I had this gift card ebix cash card by hdfc of amount 5000 of which 2500 I had used and the remaining balance is still there even cards are showing active status in their online platforms but the card not working online/offline could not use it anywhere..I complained this multiple times in writing emails and also called customer care but no response

Hi using the ebixcash card I did transaction however merchant refunded it since he was unable to provide agreed service but it's been 10 days I have not received money back in my account

This is for your kind notice that I am a user of your ITZCASH Swap Machine since past 3 years, we want to inform you that we have been cheated by your employee Mr. Ankit (Based at Haridwar & taking care the business of ITZ CASH).

Since last 1 year he is having our one swap machine, which we have given him for the repair but till date he didn't send the machine to company for the repair.
One year back when our first swap machine got damaged than we have purchased another swap machine from him, with the commitment that he will help us in the repair of first machine.
Now our second machine also got damaged, which is also lying with him from past one month, on good faith we have given this second machine to him with the commitment that he will give us back our both machine together. but till now we have not got any response from him. even height of casualness he is not picking our phone calls.

I am sure with such kind of employee, no Campany can be success. our experience with ITZ CASH is very bad and we are in process to launch official FIR against your employee (MR. ANKIT)

I am writing this mail so that company must be aware that what blunders their employees are doing in the market place, and image of company is getting destroyed.

Looking forward your suggestion on this matter.

I have requested for cards around 1st week of july and not delivered. No proper response from customer care and emalls. They say cards were returned back on 28th july, but i did not get any messages or call from Bluedart. You guys did not even try to reach me on return of the cards.

The issue is Amazon has done the refund for the items which I cancelled but it's not updated in ebix cash card.

Those numbers not working there were doing fraud with the customers.

I'm not able to receive any refund on my ebixcash gift card. My experience with your gift cards is horrible. Please resolve the issue before my head explodes out of rage as never you people either answer any calls nor reply to any emails.

I have placed an ebixcash order on Jan 18 2021 with order number RA[protected] through Awardco and haven't received it yet

PFB message and I didn’t receive any further message after that
“Dear Customer, your HDFC Gift Card XXXXXXXXXXXX0379 has been credited with INR 10000.00 on 08FEB21 01:25 PM and your available balance is INR 10000 If this transaction is not done by you, call[protected].”

I didn’t get any Serial number delivered to my email ID/phone number. I tried contacting the customercare, they said they would not be able to help without a serial number. But i haven't receive the serial number at all
