January 4th I made the payment after they verified my documents are ok to process and on 11th I couriered the document to the address they directed to.
Post that event the respective didn't reply any updates, after many emails no response, then post customer care complaint, the representative replied on 24th January saying, the RTO is working slow due to covid, since I found suspicious, I contacted the address I sent the documents, which was a driving school, the owner replied the document is idle since ITZEAZY didn't pay them and not replied to their quotation regarding the document processing fees. Which I complained to customer care, no reply from them too, then today again drafted a email that I needed my refund, since no work is processed and your staff is just cooking up the story and the driving school assigned for work returned the document to me, since ITZEAZY didn't pay them.
The representative replied the email stating same story that RTO has some problem due to covid etc... Same stories.
I replied them to refund me within 7 working days, else I complain them in consumer court and also I wanted to complaint such scamming loop hole to cyber crime by such online agency dragging time and scamming people without any work. Was this information helpful? |
