ItzEazy.com — Not responding and not returning my Bike original RC and paid amount

I have opted itzeasy service on Aug 30 2022, to cancel my NOC, i have 3500 in advance and provided my original bullet RC as well.

When I tried to contact itzeasy support team, they are not responding and not picking the call.

Please assist how to proceed on this issue with itzeasy company.
