I placed an order for transferring NOC for my bike on March 30th, 2022.
The case was assigned to one Gaurav Singh Rathor (+91 [protected]) from ItzEasy team who insisted on paying 50% advance payment for the NOC services of 3000.
Once I placed the order (GPay to [protected]@indus), he took my RC details and shared a form which was incorrectly filled. I frustratingly went to RTO website and did the NOC application form myself, post which he agreed to use my filled form instead of the incorrect one shared by him.
This is where it gets fishy. The associate isn't responding to the mails, calls. even the service support resolution is a textbook response of "we will reach out to you within 24 hours" which they never do.
The advance payment is also not updated in the account. It's still showing payment pending. I am aghast by the services and have lost trust in their people and processes completely.
No work has happened with regards to my case as well. Would like to have the complete refund. Was this information helpful? |
