ItzEazy.com — Taken original documents for NOC, now not responding and picking up calls

These guys have taken half money 1200/- and my original Documents, the girl who was handling my case was Pooja from itseazy. Now she don't pick any of my calls and when I try to call company itself, the guys says we are from sales team and will inform support team to respond to me, but don't give me support teams no. Neither responds me back. I believe there is no support team either. Guys don't fall for trap go yourself for all of these processes, these guys are not to be trusted at all, and they don't care a dime of your original documents.
I am gonna file a case against these malpractices soon.
Anyone can join me if they have also being cheated by them.

I too had the documents for HP cancellation for Pooja, I see the work is completed in the RC particulars, and I later paid them full when asked, but still have not sent the RC card. when I enquired to the person to whom they mentioned to courier, he said its completed and he sent it to itzeasy 30 days back itself. I have sold the bike and the new owner is coming to my door step everyday. Not sure how to proceed. by the way the address mentioned in the website for Bangalore is vacant, no office are present in the building
