I placed my order on the 26th of July and made the payment on the same day too. It was supposed to be a gift for a friend's birthday on the 31st of July.
In spite of me processing the payment on the 26th itself, they refused to acknowledge it till the 5th of August. All my emails to the support staff were ignored.
I requested a tracking ID a number of times after the package was supposedly shipped on the 8th of August. I was not provided with one. Again, all my emails to the support staff were conveniently ignored.
Today, on the 25th of August (one month after placement of order), I received an email saying that my order has been delivered, but my friend got a call saying that they have dropped it off around 3 kilometers away from the address I had provided them with. They had charged 115rs delivery charges on the order and now he is having to pick it up from some obscure location they have dropped it off at.
I wouldn't recommend anybody to purchase anything from this company any more. Was this information helpful? |
