Even though they have a policy of replacement within 7 days for faulty pieces, nobody is ready to respond to my complaints in their website. First of all there is no customer care number, and they have been stalling me for three days now, so that I cannot ask for a replacement, after the stipulated time is over. What a pathetic service! Completely incapable...

I placed my order on the 26th of July and made the payment on the same day too. It was supposed to be a gift for a friend's birthday on the 31st of July.
In spite of me processing the payment on the 26th itself, they refused to acknowledge it till the 5th of August. All my emails to the support staff were ignored.
