Ivoomi — ivoomi me3 battery replacement

Dear sir,

I have purchase ivoomi me3 mobile on 16/04/2018, my mobile battery has been bulged i contacted your customer care (Customer care number: +[protected], i have attached the call log along with this mail) after trying many time your customer care executive spoken with her i informed about the issue and its lies in the warranty period they informed me to visit ran mobiles (Coimbatore), 278/3, padayappa mansion, 5th street, 100ft road, opp kalyansarees, gandhipuram, coimbatore [protected], [protected]. On 10/10/2018 i tried to reach the shop was not able to reach them. Today i called them and informed regarding this mobile issue and they asked me to come to they office. I reached to day evening. One of the executive i showed the mobile battery issue and the bill she told me to bring xerox copy then she told me for the bulge issue we will not give replacement and the warranty period is over. Its cover only 6 month that is 180 days. So we cannot give replacement as per our agreement their no replacement. If so as per the agreement has been made in such way then how can u able to give false information in flipkart. Is this mistake done my flipkart or ivoomi. I need clear details. I have attached the flipkart product details of your mobile product along with this mail in page 6 details have been mentioned clearly. So whose mistake is that is flipkart or ivoomi or the ran mobiles? I have marked cc to centralized public grievance redress and monitoring system (Cpgrams), ran mobile, flipkart. Kindly reply me whose side is this mistake

For the warranty -179 th days (11/10/2018)

(April 15days, may 31 day, june 30 day, july 31 days, august 31 day, september 30 days, october 11 days = 179 th day)

I want to know if in the agreement for battery replacement is not given when i contacted the ivoomi customer care itself has to informed me.

When i contacted ran mobile through mobile at that time they should have told. When i visited the office ran mobile first they told to bring xerox copy then no replacement for bulged battery finally not in the agreement. Kindly clarify me if it crossed 180th day also you must provided me replacement. Because the replacement delay was made by your authorized services center so u have full responsibility.

For the flipkart i have heard many issued product which was sold by you quality is nod good., first i did not believe quality, but now i faced problem its also affects the flipkart name trust. Kindly take necessary action.

I have placed the order on 16th april 2018 but the mobile was delivered to me on 19th april 2018 so i request u should given me 3 days more time also.

I have attached all the document need for the action.
