Ivoomi — ivoomi me5

I have brought a ivoomi me5 from flipkart.
It has lot of problem like sim insertion
Phone heat up quickly sometimes hang.
It's lcd broken and i have ordered it 20 days ago but no one can hear my problem at service centre. What shall i do now?
Very bad service of ivoomi i really hate it.
So please take a quick action for my problem. Otherwise i will go to consumer forum.
