Ixigo Trains — ticket issue

I booked my ticket to bangalore to trivandrum but all the payment options where finished and the money also debited from my account but i didn't got the tickets after one minute i got a message that the the tickets has not booked and money debited from the account will be returned to the account after 5 days but after more than 5 days also i didn't got my money to the account so please give me the money fast
