I purchased 2 saries from ixoracart today. Which they claimed that it's soft silk. When i received it the material quality was very poor and the product was not soft silk. I tried to contact them in fb, mail and what's app. They never responded. I tried to call them they made their number busy. Please help me to get refund and return the product. These people are fraud and there should be action against them. Please help to resolve my issue.
