I have kotak credit card. I use last 3 years. But some of my financial crisi. I pay only minimum due last 2-3 month.. But still i am facing agency harrasment. They come my home & they block my family member.. I also send mail to kotak team but no replay after i decide i not pay cc payment. After few month. I receive arbitration note..

What i do now..
