Jaguar — Jaquar Sanitary Wall Hanging WC Complaint

Dilip Kumar this side. I bought your wall hanging WC Model is (JCNS-WHT-39953BIUFSM) – 1pc dated on[protected]. First of all, the shopkeeper gave us a toilet with the display. I told them that we need a new toilet. When fitting the toilet, the LN key in his 1 socket was being slanted and his socket nut was not working. Because of slanted the nut is not working. I went to the shop, I told them my problem, then they said that you can call the customer care number and we cannot do anything in it. I wrote my complaint on 26 February 2021. Today is date 05 March 2021 and my problem is not fixed yet. Today I again spoke on customer care, so he said that we will get the confirmation on Monday date[protected]. After 11 days of complaining about our problem on customer care, they will tell me whether we will get the confirmation or not.
I have taken expensive product, even after that the quality of product is not good, I am having so much trouble, after that your service is so bad that I had never even thought about it. As a customer i will not recommended Jaguar products.
