Dear sir,
I have applied for my degree for Bsc Biotechnology 2007-10। I have paid my university fees also for degree but still after 2 years, it has not reached to the address. i called university, Even they didn't say anything and disconnect the call.

मेरा नाम रूपेश अहिरवार है । मैं मुंगावली का रहने वाला हु ।
मेरी शिकायत यह है कि मेने सत्र 2020 - 22 में bed के लिए स्वामी विवेकानन्द कॉलेज ऑफ प्रोफेशनल स्टडीज कॉलेज शिवपुरी में प्रवेश लिया था और मेरे द्वारा पूरी फीस भी जमा की जा चुकी है लेकिन कॉलेज प्रबंधन द्वारा मेरी 4th सेमेस्टर की अंकसूची नही दी जाने के कारण में पिछले सत्र में किसी भी पाठ्यक्रम में प्रवेश नहीं ले पाया और वर्तमान सत्र में प्रवेश लेने के लिए मुझे कॉलेज में प्रवेश लेने के लिए अंकसूची और TC की आवश्यकता है लेकिन कॉलेज प्रबंधन बार बार बहाना बनाकर मुझे कई महीनो से अंकसूची और TC नहीं प्रदान कर रहे है जिससे मुझे कई महीनो से मानसिक तनाव हो गया है और मुझे कॉलेज में प्रवेश लेने के लिए अंकसूची और TC की आवश्यकता है आपसे अनुरोध है कि जल्द से जल्द मुझे अंकसूची और TC दिलवाने की कृपा करें

The Date of 2nd Merit list announcement was 17/07/2023 but it's been 2 days and merit list is not Announced and no updates was given by the university about it it's 19/07/2023 please just give us a update on it as soon a possible 🙏

Good morning sir, last year i applied for my degree in jiwaji university Gwalior. i did not receive my degree till now. cause I need degree for government job purpose so 1.5 months ago I applied for provisional degree from jiwaji university website online but I did not get my provisional certificate till now what should I do now. i passed in 2021.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the unprofessional conduct and lack of response I have encountered during my visit to the university campus to obtain my transcripts. I feel compelled to bring this matter to your attention in the hope of resolving the issue promptly.

During my visit in December 2022, I faced numerous challenges and encountered behavior that was both unethical and unacceptable. Initially, I was directed to various departments in a seemingly endless loop, as it became apparent that individuals were seeking bribes in exchange for expediting the process. However, I firmly expressed my inability and refusal to engage in such practices.

Eventually, after a lengthy and exhausting ordeal, I was provided with some documents and instructed to submit the required form. Despite adhering to the given instructions and submitting the form within the stipulated timeframe, I have not received any response or updates regarding the status of my request.

In an attempt to resolve this matter, I sent my brother to the university in April 2023 with the necessary receipts to collect the documents on my behalf. Unfortunately, he encountered uncooperative staff who refused to provide the documents without providing any valid reason or explanation.

This entire experience has been extremely disheartening and has caused significant inconvenience and distress. I believe it is crucial for the university administration to be aware of such misconduct and take appropriate action to rectify the situation.

Additionally, I urge the university to address the unprofessional behavior displayed by the staff and implement measures to prevent such incidents from recurring in the future.

Please change my name spelling in B.Sc and MCA as written in my 10th grade which is suchetana ....

Res Sir, As per the Jiwaji serial number.F.Academy.research.2021.3054 dated18.01.2022, it is stated that those who have completed M.phil in 2021 and takenadmission in Phd and appeared for Phd counselling will be exempted fromcoursework. But till date no action has been taken and no M.Phil exemptioncertificate has been provided to us. There is no final status for exemption and our phdis getting delayed. Kindly give us M.phil exemtion and exemtion certificate As soonas possible.

I was a student of BA PSYCHOLOGY and Now I am taking admission in Barkatullah University, Bhopal for my further studies and therefore I have applied For Urgent based Migration Certificate through MP online services of Jiwaji University, Gwalior on the date[protected] with the Application No. JDMP22024253 with a payment of 150 INR. with the Transaction Id:[protected]. According to Conditions the Migration certificate should be provided within 03 or 04 working days but I didn't received my Migration Certificate till the date[protected] and it current status is "initial" till today. So I am totally disappointed with the Jiwaji University services. Please provide Migration Certificate as soon as possible.
