                I have requested for Degree certificate on 25.11.2020 through online portal of Jay Prakash University Chapra, and made online payment of Rupees 700 to receive certificate through Postal mode. Transaction code is[protected] for payment. but even after 9 months i did not receive my certificate on give address.
                Status for the request is still showing Submit, Payment status is showing success, but i don't know why my certificate is not getting delivered. I am a physically challenged person and i out of state for long time due to my health issue.

                kindly get this resolve on priority, so that could get my certificate.

                      Greetings from the Day!!

                      This is Lucky Kumari. I applied Online for Degree Certificate in April but still I didn't received. Kindly Check and Issue my Certificate. I applied for Job Purpose in urgent basis. It's already 2 Months Passed away. I am waiting for my Certificate.
                      I attached Today's Checked Status Image. Status is Still Same as When I Applied.
