I have requested for Degree certificate on 25.11.2020 through online portal of Jay Prakash University Chapra, and made online payment of Rupees 700 to receive certificate through Postal mode. Transaction code is[protected] for payment. but even after 9 months i did not receive my certificate on give address.
Status for the request is still showing Submit, Payment status is showing success, but i don't know why my certificate...

Mai master of art ki student hu mara 1st 2nd and 3rd ma acha result huwa jab 4th sem... Ka exam diya to mara assignment mana jama kiya mara teacher na mara absent kara diya aur university wala na mara mark ko ak lable ma set kar diya har subject ma 30 ha aur ak subject ma 0 ha main pucha ki mara paper rechake kijiya magar sab staff na mujha bhaga diya mara koi source na hona ka karan mujha bhaga diya gaya please mai chahti hu ki mara paper...

Maine online migration certificate post se magvaya tha .lekin abhitak nhi aya hai.HELP ME SIR...
