I have ordered a book named "A handbook of legal language, legal writing and general English" from their website "www.jainbookdepot.com". My Order Id is 29820. When I tracked my order it says Payment status is pending. But RS;275 is withdrawn from my SBT account and that transaction was successful. I have the screen shot of that message showing "transaction was successful". When I called Jain Book Depot they informed me that the payment was not successful.Theri payment gateway is CCavenue. So I contacted CCavenue. They informed me that that payment is successful.
