When I tracked my order it says Payment status is pending. But RS;275 is withdrawn from my SBT account and that transaction was successful. I have purched a book named principle and practices of banking
(writer n s toor & arundeep toor) through online shopping.i cost that
book is RS.1020 but actual cost of this book is RS200.jain book depot have send
the book and the bill is showing total cost RS350 and assured thal my
rest cash of RS670 is refunded in my transaction ac back but
unfortunately is till now not happens, so please urgently solve the
matter.
