I have drawn a soft copy of ici lombard health care card no ilgic/yz5/00/[protected]/s valid from 01/02/2016 to 31/01/2016. Six months have passed but i have not receved the policy/health card in hard copy sofar. Pl. Do needful

SIX MONTHS HAVE PASSED BUT I HAVE NOT RECEVED THE POLICY/HEALTH CARD IN HARD COPY SOFAR. PL.DO NEEDFUL
