We are holder of phase-1 mediclaim policy and same had been renewed on Dt. 21/10/2016 online as per the procedure sent by Jio through email . We had made payment via Pay U Money. Please find attach copy of the confirmation mail for the payment. We would like to inform you that till date we have not received any thing regarding the renewed policy.
