Not finding any link anywhere to renew the policy. Just 2-3 days are left. Please share if some body finds the procedure.

I cannot call this policy fake, as I have claimed a small amount against my father's hospitalisation under this JIO Phase III insurance cover.
However, since there is practically no response from anywhere, about policy renewal, which is supposed to be done today, Wonder, where to complaint, and also who is reading our messages, besides we all, who are trying to reach the message... but to whom and where?
Are there any authorities around to take care of this renewal issue?
