Please let me know how can I renew my shravak arogyam phase-3 policy. The policy period is already over and no news for renewal. I received the sms from JIO which said that wait for our next SMS for the renewal within 1 week but not yet received any sms. My no is. [protected]

I think so this is sad new for all o[censored]s.
I got some update from ICICI Lombard team that, JIO ends the tie-up with ICICI Lombard insurance. That is the reason they are not coming in picture.
Whenever for any policy comes to its end date, respected organisation starts the renewal process within week.

Also JIO office not picking calls. VERY VERY BAD SERVICE FROM JIO TEAM.

I am facing same problem. My policy is expired on 2nd Feb.2017 till there is no renewal procedure availablity. Who is responsible for this uninsured period.

Customer care doesn't pick, I want to know which is the last date of shravak arogyam phase -2 renewal, there is no message and intimation for the last date of renewal the policy.Please Guide me.my no : [protected]

I have 2 queries to be attended by you and I would like you to look into this on immediate basics.

1.There is no intimation from your end on process of further policy renewals.
