    I have opted for insurance policy online from "jain international organisation" (website http://www.jio.net.in/) name of the policy jio-women policy phase-7 part-2. payment has been honored online and the same is debited from my bank account for rs. 4100. i have only received an payment confirmation from payment gateway and from jain international organisation that they have successfully received the payment. howeveri have not received any policy document or policy details. have drop many emails and tried calling so many time no response from there end. it seems this is an charitable organisation and this is way they are taking money. payment gateway "payu" has confirmed that they have remitted money to jain international organisation. i request you kindly look into this and help in getting policy or refund of money paid.

      Dear Sir,

      I have contact a customer/sales guy who was providing JIO sim to my locality. He told to me install MyJio and Jio4GVoice app. I have installed it and gave my aadhar card number (which contains address and pincode). After processing i got JIO SIM coupon code but he is telling that Aadhar card address Pincode is not showing up in his device. So he refused to provide SIM. If this is the procedure then how many would have given the Aadhar card number and gets cheated. They might use my Aadhar card number for Fraud purpose too since they know my details. I am scared of this act. I have installed apps which are useless now. Please provide me a solution. I need a JIO sim since i have given my details and my details should not be used anywhere or go anywhere for making duplicates.

        I have received msges for renewal of phase 1 so, i have paid premium of rs. 17060- on 09.09.2016 from indian overseas bank [protected] to axis bank [protected] (transaction tracking utr no ioban[protected]) for renewal of phase i of jio sa id 056573 but still i have not received any confirmation of premium paid or renewal of policy, then i have mailed to jio and got respond that i need to claim for refund of fund as they informed that i have transferred in wrong account, and i have tried so many times to get my refund of premium paid but no one is responding me.
        I have transferred premium in their account only but as account is different for phase 2, so they mailed me to claim for refund but they do not respond me properly.

          I have registered membership online with jio (Jain international organisation) and received e-card of same. I have paid registration charges of rs.500/- (Rs.250/- towards jac e-card - jain advantage card and rs.250/- towrds jac physical card) and mailed complete details on payment requesting jio and jac to issue jac e-card and jac physical card so that i can avail benefits of health insurance schemes.

          Till date, i have not received the jac cards and any response nor reply or acknowledgement from them, even after sending more than 20 reminder mails. There is no response when i dial their office number. I am receiving sms from them informing on new insurance schemes but not jac cards nor reply to my mails.

            I have sent dd for women mediclaim policy scheme in jio - jain international organisation before two months. Still o have not received any policy documents. No one is picking call at their centre. They are giving number of some tpa named vipulmedcorp. I called to their office but there is no response. It is urgent for me because i have health problem with proposer. Please help me as soon as possible.

              During phase 1 renewal, i made 2 separate group in our family.

              Group Policy 1. My grandfather Gunshi Shah, my dad Dhanji G Shah and my mother Premila D Shah

              Proposer: Dhanji G Shah
              His Father : Ganshi R Shah
              His wife: Premila D Shah

              In image: IMG[protected]WA0015.jpg attached herewith you can find the cash payment deposit slip of Axis Bank along with the payment reference id mentioned on the slip. Also on the same image you can see the names of the 3 people under this group.

              Group Policy 2. My wife Shweta Dipesh Shah and myself Dipesh Dhanji Shah
              Proposer: Dipesh Dhanji Shah
              His wife: Shweta Dipesh Shah

              In image: IMG[protected]WA0014.jpg attached herewith you can find the cash payment deposit slip of Axis Bank along with the payment reference id mentioned on the slip. Also on the same image you can see the names of the 2 people under this group. One is id card and other is the sms received.

              For BOTH the 2 groups i had couriered the documents and forms as per the requisite filled details to the Vile Parle address mentioned in the website and the form. I had also sent photocopies of all aadhaar and id cards and also photocopy of the cash payment slip.

              Till date i have followed up a hundred times on emails, calls but it has been futile. I had to avail of the benefits for my grandpa and my wife twice but JIO failed me miserably.

              I request to followup on this matter and close it in a positive way soon.

However, till date i have not received receipt of the same. Further i have called you on contact no, provided but no reply is received. I have also mail my complaint but no reply is received till date. Please guide, how can i receive receipt of payment or else i want my money back.

                      We have applied for mediclaim insurance from jio for shravak arogyam gold scheme phase 6. Its been more than 12 days now... I had also previously emailed them same requesting them to send us details of the policy number and other details... The contact number which they have provided in their website never seems to be working... I had paid around 25000/- i need to know what is the status of my application and need the policy copy. I have tried to contact them many times but the number what they have given is useless and also they have never replied to any of my email. Even after the payment which is been made, we have not got any information about the policy cover note number, any registration details or any such details by which we could be pleased about what is happening with the payment which we have made. Please do the needful asap...

                      I have taken an mediclaim policy in October month till today's date and still haven't received any documents from you,
                      I made an payment through DD no. 747304 of ₹ 13107 on 19/10/16,

                      After this I mailed you 3 to 4 times about this matter, but still I haven't received any response from you,
                      I contacted to your email address and even to your registered telephone number about 100 of times but no response on the phone also, and usually these number goes with a busy tone.

                      Now what to do about...

                        Hi! I am harsh shah,
                        I for the first time experienced the jio mediclaim silver phase 6 policy. I have given the pay order of rs.2863/= in favour of jain international organisation a/c shravak arogyam from bank of baroda, dt: 20.04.2016. For the said policy. I have not received the policy nor any intimation from the company.
                        I feel that the company is cheating & just making big talks to acquire the money & not giving any kind of support or co-operation to the jain community. Nobody is cared after doing the complaints against them. Many people have stopped their regular mediclaim policy premiums to acquire jio mediclaim policy. Pujya gurudev is doing his best to help the jain community, but the management team is very poor.
                        I further realised that the people who got the mediclaim reimbersement, are the internal members working with the jio & not the common pupil.
                        I further request to the committee members of the jio team, that if pujya gurudev is unknown to such type of matter, he should be told the facts, that what is going wrong should be rectified.
                        I am absolutely unhappy with the service of jio.

                            We have paid for shravak arogyam 4 months back. Still we have not received card or any confirmation over mail. Whenever we call, people talk rudely. My father has word with monika mam but she is not giving proper response. Please help us with this regard.

                              I have applied for family floater policy of Shravak Arogyam Phase 3, initiated by Jain International Organisation.
                              The form was filled & relevant docs submitted along with the payment(Rs 17060.00) on 6 Dec 2015, but I have not received the policy paper or any other details till date.

                              Request you to please help in getting the refund amount if the policy can not be issued.

                                I have purchase jio phase 3 policy as on 23rd december 2015. still i am not getting any sid or policy related documents or any mail.

                                As phase 3 policy started on 1st feb. 2016 then also we don't get any information about my policy. many times we try help line number they said call to icici lombard but icici lombard don't have my sid number.
                                Jio phase 3 policy not received till now. very very bad service of jio. if anybody wont to buy jio policy they think twice.
                                JIO PHASE 3 POLICY NOT RECEIVED. THEY EVEN NOT PICK OUR PHONE ALSO. They dont give any proper reply i think my money is gone. so please all jains do not buy this type of policy i[censored] wont to buy then ask other people about service. i think JIO has worst worst service. as per my advice don't buy any jio policy.
