This is Jhanvi Sanghvi from Ahmedabad writing this letter to you that i had taken a mediclaim on 22/10/2016 . Due to some reason i forgot to renew my claim so i want to refund my claim money . i can't able to refund my money. i also sent a mail regarding this to JIO but there is no further reply from them

so can you please revert me back for how to get refund my claim money asap because due date is 15th may.

      We are unable to process the mediclaim process, we have not even recieved proper documents, after paying premium for two years.
      We want to initiate mediclaim for a recent hospitalisation and are clueless as to how to go about claim. There are no contact details whatsoever nor are there any proper addresses for enquiry.
      Kindly revert ASAP in this regard.

        Hi All

        One guy will call you from mobile number [protected] number or may any other number and call you and pretend he is from JIO office. He will tell if you want your refund then go to Axis, ICICI, HDFC, Panjab National, SBI any one bank detail. He will give you one number which is account number[protected] or may other bank number and tell you this is the transaction ID. he will instruct you go to your bank detail and do the fund transfer and put this transaction ID and amount.

        Please do not entertain this guy. This online fraud. Please be careful.

            I have paid rs. 13391.91 on 22 oct 2016 for mediclaim. But the mediclaim policy was not done at that time.
            I want to get refund the money i have paid.
            What are the procedure for refund??

            Many person said me "paisa bhul jao, dub gaya" like this, but i feel & believe such a big organisation can not do this

                Inspite of operation happening around October, all claim papers submitted, repeated delays- even though Official status is claim is approved (only partial approved). No reason given for delay. Mental Harassement. Repeated phone calls and follow up but no response. Have approval on mail, some recordings of approval on Phone call and SMS. some recordings of assurance by TPA and Customer care that would be cleared soon (in Feb) are also there. Now I want full amount in claim settlement, interest for the delay and punitive from the company for mental harassment due to delay.

                                  Dear Consumer complaint Team,

                                  This is regarding BIG SCAM THROUGH the insurance scheme conducted by JAIN INTERNATIONAL ORGANISATION AND SHARAVAK AROGYAM.

                                  Name of the policy holder : RUCHI JAGANI
                                  Pay U Payment ID –[protected]
                                  Date of payment : 24/10/2016
                                  Amount : Rs. 9399.98

                                  Policy dates – Jio Phase -7 part-2 women scheme Sum insured 10 lacs

                                  This seems to be a big FRAUD along with PRUDENT BROKERS. We had paid the premium in October 2016 but till date no policy is received or money is refunded.

                                  Please be informed in spite of continues follow ups and reminders we have not received the policy till date.

                                  Really surprised that i paid the amount on 24th October 2016 and its already 6 months but no one cares to receive a call or at least reply to the emails sent by the people who purchased the policy just on the JIO's trust.

                                  We have waited for a very long time to get the policy and it should not take so long to process a policy. It seems to be a FAILURE OR FRAUD .

                                  REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE HELP US IN GETTING OUR HARD EARNED MONEY BACK FROM THESE FRAUD PEOPLE.

                                        Dear Consumer complaint Team,

                                        This is regarding BIG SCAM THROUGH the insurance scheme conducted by JAIN INTERNATIONAL ORGANISATION AND SHARAVAK AROGYAM.

                                        JIO ID is : [protected]
                                        Name of the policy holder : RUCHI JAGANI
                                        Pay U Payment ID –[protected]
                                        Date of payment : 24/10/2016
                                        Amount : Rs. 9399.98

                                        Policy dates – Jio Phase -7 part-2 women scheme Sum insured 10 lacs

                                        This seems to be a big FRAUD along with PRUDENT BROKERS. We had paid the premium in October 2016 but till date no policy is received or money is refunded.

                                        Please be informed in spite of continues follow ups and reminders we have not received the policy till date.

                                        Really surprised that i paid the amount on 24th October 2016 and its already 6 months but no one cares to receive a call or at least reply to the emails sent by the people who purchased the policy just on the JIO's trust.

                                        We have waited for a very long time to get the policy and it should not take so long to process a policy. It seems to be a FAILURE OR FRAUD .

                                        REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE HELP US IN GETTING OUR HARD EARNED MONEY BACK FROM THESE FRAUD PEOPLE.
