Jain International Organisation [JIO] — regarding refund of my premium+membership amount. | |||
I, prateek jain from agra has booked a insurance policy along with membership of jio and got the membership i'd as-[protected] on 21/10/2019 on after some unbelievable and extraordinary health benefits from one of the jio executives. But, after paying premium of rs 16, 125/- + rs 750/- membership fees, i frequently read all the benefits mentioned on its website and found them absolutely different from what i was told during booking of my health insurance policy. As, i am still in a freelook period i informed the same to jio by sending them the mail not to issue the policy and to refund back my entire amount of rs 16125/- + rs 750/- but unfortunately, these people are not repling me back not refunding my money.
