Hi I had purchased health insurance policy for my parents. Made online payment but i did not get any policy or policy detail. Contact no is always switched off. No mail ever received by jio regarding insurance. My mom had met accident but i couldn't claim as i had no document regarding health insurance. There is no direct contact no at their website where one can contact. Even mail id is not mentioned I think it was a scam.. Was this information helpful? | |||||
Jain International Organisation [JIO] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Jan 11, 2018 Prabhat Sen phenomenal's response I have done my via my jio app. And they requested for upi transaction and i did but my amount has deducted and i didn't get recharge.

I have done my jio recharge via UPI transaction id[protected] of 349 but I didn't get recharge on my jio number [protected]. Recharge done on 10/01/2018
