I, Bhagchand Jain, Aged about 81 years, beliving in the name of Jai Prakash Associated invested Rs. 175000/- as under under the following names.

1. Rajkumari Jain- FD No. 420653, amt-35000, date of maturity- 18/06/15
2. Shubhra Jain- FD No. 397042, amt-20000, date of maturity- 01/02/16
3. Rajneesh Jain- FD No. 425867, amt-30000, date of maturity- 24/07/16
4. Shorya Jain- FD No. 428924, amt-30000, date of maturity- 20/08/16
5. Bhagchand Jain- FD No. 415221, amt-40000, date of maturity- 15/05/16
6. Shubhra Jain- FD No. 439354, amt-20000, date of maturity- 20/02/17

I have not received neither any Principal amt nor any interest amt for my 1st FD.
and I haven't received interest amount for all the 6 FD for 3rd quarter of FY 2015-16.

Being a senior citizen depositor I request to to please release our hard earned money at the earliest.
