I have deposited Rs 200, 000/- on 01.02.2013 for the period of 36 months. The deposit has matured on 31.01.2016. I have forwarded the original receipt duly discharged on 05.08.2015 to the company. I wanted premature withdrawal as the funds were required on priority. Unfortunately I have not yet received the payment . Since the payment is overdue more than a year, I request the refund on priority. I am a retired person and wholly depend on the income through investments. i had to resort to borrowing for my critical requirement. I was following up with my finance adviser, Bajaj capital and they did told me that due to some financial constraints, the refunds are getting delayed. I have also followed the court orders regarding FD refund. Now it is getting increasingly difficult to survive. Hence I once again request you to give top priority to the matter. Aug 4, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved I have written in this forum. Also followed up with my agent from Bajaj Capital. I have not received any communication from company. I received a cheque on 12-07-2017. It does not contain interest for thee delayed period. Jaiprakash Associates / Jaypee Group customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||

We completely understand and wish to inform you that there was an important Newspaper Article (Times of India dtd 18th April 2017 – Page No: 19) regarding the Fixed Deposit payments of the company, in which the company is assuring FD payments shortly.
We wish to inform you that As per the company's Chairman, the cement deal, which was delayed due to regulatory approvals, is likely to be finalised by this month.
The Company has approached Hon’ble NCLT for extension of time for repayment of outstanding deposits. The interim order for the extension of time for making the payment of deposits to be continued till 30th May 2017. Next Hearing date is 30.05.2017.
