Dear Sirs,
I have a FD with Jaiprakash Associates Limited for an amount of Rs.45, 000/-, which had matured for payment on[protected]. I had tried contacting the company for refund of the FD amount and sent them emails but there has been no response from them till date. Appended below is a copy of the emails sent to the company.
Please help to obtain refund of my hard earned money.

I have purchased one unit of the above mentioned product.
Since it's day one, it is causing us a problem.
The tiffins main Lid (ढक्कन) has a manufacturing defect and it doesn't get fully tight resulting in problem and this defect has rendered the caption product unusable for us.
You are requested to immediately replace this defective piece with a new and proper tiffin so that we can use this.
