Jaiprakesh Associates Ltd — For non-refund of Fix Deposit | |||
Dear Sir I was fix deposit for Rs.56000/- on dtd:20.02.2015 in Jaiprakesh Associates Ltd through our broker M/s Stock Holding Corporation of India. After maturity, I was sent on Feb 2015 original paper of FD to Jaiprakash Associate through my broker. After few days, I was follow up with my broker for refund of FD. My broker has informed me that Jaiprakash Associate is not refunding your FD amount. Therefore I was directly contact to Jaiprakash Associates, Noida office but nobody is giving me any response/ reply about refund of said FD. I am attaching here with scan copy of FD for your reference. It is requested you to please look into the above matter & help for refund of my FD amount.
