I am resident of plot No 6 Dayal Nagar Gopalpura by pass Jaipur since 25 years. Now my neighbour at Plot No 5 A (who recentaly purchased this house which was constructed as per JDA norms) has demolationed entire house and now making construction at the plot beyond the JDA norms (No any set back is leaving by him) and also preparing illegal construction on Govt Land. This activity creating a major problem for those who constructed house as p, it ier JDA norms. If this construction is allowed by JDA, then JDA morally can not stop for such type of illegal construction to remaining plot holders.
So I humbly request to JDA authorities to stop the work forcely and efficiently at plot No.5 A which is neither as per JDA set back nor as per legal point of view.
Please also note that if this complant which is given timely ignored, it will make responsible to JDA officers concern at the court as well.
