How do you mark a complaint resolved when its not.
Please refer my complaint and verify who and what action taken to resolve it?
Also earlier I have sent multiple emails and made lots of phone call to their customer support but no response since last two weeks .
Now it becomes serious issue and I am doubting about your existance .
Looks like you guys closed the operations and ran away with all student money.
Definitely we need to know the real story behind this and make some resolution as soon as possible.

Also earlier i have sent multiple emails and made lots of phone call to their vice chancellor, mr. H. N. Verma at 91 [protected] but every time he gives all false commitment. The same from their deputy director too.

If vice chancellor and deputy director has no care and worry about their student then how a student can trust them?

Now it becomes serious issue and i am doubting about your existence.
Definitely we need to know the real story behind this and make some resolution as soon as possible.
If they are unable to run the operation then they should refund our money and provide other compensation for all hassles too.

Can you please talk to vice chancellor or dy. Director at the above mentioned number and convey all?

I lodge a complaint in jaipur consumer court and asked to refund my fee with interest and rs. 10 lac as compensation money as I lost my job due to delay in exams, Till date university is not responding about the refund. Friends all are requested put the whole matter in consumer court, there is no another way to get back your hard earned money.
