Respected sir, Most respectfully i want to state that i was a student of eklavya institute of management jharsuguda odisha. I have passed my mba certificate examination of 2015 in my roll no. Was 2nd year[protected]. My enrollment no. Was jnu-jpr/de/14/01/01/05110. My centre was eklavya institute of management jharsuguda odisha Unfortunately i not get my mark-sheet 1st year & 2nd year in a theft. So, i request you to kindly issue of my mark-sheet (1st year & 2nd year) of the same examination. Kindly issue the duplicate copy of my mark-sheet, or suggest me.
