I had enrolled for Gmat tutoring classes. I had started initially for offline classes but due to covid they got halted for 3 weeks.After that they asked me to go for Online Coaching for the SAME AMOUNT OF FEES THAT WAS 40 THOUSAND RUPEES.. In online coaching they did not provide proper classes. Teachers provide just the answers but no proper explanation. Some how i managed to study on my own and practiced a lot of questions but at the time when i had doubts, THERE WAS NO RESPONSE FROM THE TEACHERS FOR DAYS. Even after complaining against the teachers there was no response or was delayed if there ever was any. The qulaity of education and materials they provide is the worst part. There is no standard of questions they provide in practice tests and the questions they explain the class. Seems like repeat the same questions everytime in everyclass.
IN THE MOCKS I WAS SCORING 710 MARKS, BUT WHEN I GAVE ACTUAL EXAM I SCORE AROUND 600 THAT IS THE LEVEL OF FRAUD THEY COMMIT WITH YOU.NOW THEY CONTACT US SAYING PAY 65 THOUSAND MORE FOR PRIVATE COACHING OR ELSE TO TAKE THE COURSE AGAIN SAYING THEY WILL PROVIDE EXTRA SPECIAL CARE THIS TIME. ALSO THEY DID NOT PROVIDE ME A FEW CLASSES SINCE IT WAS NOT ACCORDING TO THEIR SCHEDULE.
