Jamboree — Refund for GRE enrollment

I have not attended a single class which started today (20/08/2022) due to family emergency and informed 1 day prior as well. Jamboree is not returning a single penny stating they don't have refund policy. This is not acceptable as not even a single class was offered. They are charging a hefty fee of 24000 and that also without receipt. Some portion can be deducted, but i am loosing the whole money now.

Jamboree is into education space but they have no values as an organisation. They are ok to take such a huge amount from students even though not providing any service. There should definitely be a cancellation and refund policy as this is for students and not any business.

After having lot of calls and followups they agreed to return my money and informed me a week back that the whole amount is approved for refund which is 24000. But transferred me only 19000.
Now they are not even lifting my calls. This is a horrible experience. So frustrating and exhausting. I am very very disappointted and truly believe no one should join Jamboree for any trainings as they need to be educated first before giving educational trainings to others.

I request this forum to take action against this.
