Jamboree — Refund not initiated yet

I am Oj Gupta, I submitted the fees for SAT and IELTS course but attended only one SAT demo lecture. I do not plan on giving the SAT exam, so I did not avail for that service and asked for a refund for the SAT fees. I Will be doing only the IELTS course, so deducting that amount from the fees I submitted, I need the rest of it back. I have emailed the authorities and they told me they will initiate the refund but it's been weeks and they are not responding. Kindly look into this matter and initiate my refund ASAP.
