Dear complaint desk. It is all regrettable that your branches in this electronic age ask for passbooks. How many times one has to carry a passbook with him. There are banks that do not issue passbooks as it was an old trend. Almost at every branch some of your employees are behaving in a bad tune. They don't know the value of customer. An amount of rs 225.2 has been deducted from my account to get new atm card as the card was near to expire and it was an outdated model.
Dear complaint desk would you please tell me when your bank is going to get decency in dealing with customers and when you are going to close the passbook system the old method of identification, even there are new methods of identification e. G, i card, licence, signature etc. And would you please tell me why an amount of rs 225 was deducted from my account as you are living on my money and you are taking profit out of that by giving me a meager share. Would you please refund that. Further hope you would suffice your branches with suffice staff and other modern gadgets to ease the burden of both. Was this information helpful? |
