Jammu & Kashmir Bank / J&k Bank — A huge amount has been deducted from FD while withdrawal which was with bank for three and five years

I have with drawn my FD, s bearing a.c no.[protected], the bank has deducted rs.921/= from this acctt.and FD no.[protected] the bank has deducted rs.825/= why. the FD have run three and five years and no pre mature withdrawal does not arise .i[censored] can explain on what grounds the money was deducted.
