Jammu & Kashmir Bank / J&k Bank — complaint pertaining to deduction of cash using atm

Kindly refer to the above mentioned subject that ATM didn't dispense cash but money is debited from my account. Showing your transaction is failed. After that I checked my balance but balance was deducted. I was unable to withdraw money from my account. So please refund the debited amount.I will be thankful to you. Last evening I recharge a jio postpaid number of 149 but recharge failed and money deducted in my JK Bank account.
Transaction No. is BR0001FVIM0
But till now money is not refund in my account.
