Jammu & Kashmir Bank / J&k Bank — Complaint regarding deduction of money

Sir,
I'm one of the account holder of jk bank branch singpora I want to let you know that I have a loan account under ac. no. Kcc 724 I have 64000 rupees in this ac. But unfortunately the jk bank singpora deduct my money with out any reason when I asked them why are you deduct my money they told me your wife have a glg group loan for this reason we deduct your money but how can he deduct my money for this ac.
So my humble request to you please help me look towards the matter that will be your most kindness.
